Impeller appearance inspected and cleaned, if required

DGV inspected, cleaned, and anti-corrosion treated

Piping connections checked for leaks

Oil pump checked

Lubricating oil visually inspect

Oil cooler inspected

Main drive coupling inspected and re-greased

Motor inspected in according to the manufacturer's guidance

Recent data records and maintenance history reviewed with customer

Impeller inspected and cleaned, if required

Gearing visually inspected

Gearing blacklash clearances measured

Taperland thrusting and journal bearing checked

Clearance between impeller and inlet checked

Piping connections checked for leaks

Verify operation of main and auxiliary oil pumps

Lubricating oil level inspected

Oil cooler condensation removal system cleaned and replaced ,if required

Inspect oil system sensor

Verify proper control panel set up

Perform surge test and record result

Inlet guide vane assembly inspected and drive screw lubricated

Diffuser guide vane assembly inspected and drive screw lubricated

Blow-off valve checked

Check valve inspected

Main drive motor maintenance checks

Verify proper motor alignment
